If you submit a contact form, the submission goes to the database and is used for customer service and lead generation.

Who we share your data with
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if we believe that such action is necessary to conform to the law or comply with legal process served on us or affiliated parties; protect and defend our rights and property, our site, the users of our site, and/or our affiliated parties; act under circumstances to protect the safety of users of our site, us, or third parties. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
How long we retain your data
All Users that are signed up are permanently kept in the database to help facilitate onboarding for follow up fundraisers and metrics. All Contacts/Donor contact info (not including donation metrics) is erased 3 months after the supplying organization’s fundraiser has been completed and paid out. Please Note: If the organization chooses to do an ongoing fundraiser, contact/donor info will be kept indefinitely unless said donor contacts us with the wish to have their contact info removed. In order for us to remove your contact info please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
